Cancelling Before Dispatch At no cost to the customer, any customer may cancel an order for any product at any time before Lincoln Fencing Supplies Ltd's shipment of the product.

To cancel an unfulfilled order:

• If you made an account before checkout, log in and visit: Your Account Page → Orders → Cancel Order
• If you checked out as a guest, please contact info@lincolnfencingsupplies.co.uk or call 01522 253797 and request a cancellation. Your order reference number is required.

Cancelling After Dispatch If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it in transit. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy — you may return the goods once received in accordance with those terms.

Made-to-Order Items Please note that made-to-order or custom items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
