Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will be in touch to organise a delivery time and date.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–10 business days, though many orders arrive sooner.

Orders will be shipped via UPS or by our own Lincoln Fencing Supplies Ltd delivery service.

If your order is shipped via UPS, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon generation, including a link to the UPS tracking page.

If your order is shipped via our own delivery service, a delivery date and time will be organised with you directly.

Delivery Charges

Free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £1,500. A £50 delivery fee applies to orders under £1,500.

In-Store Collection

In-person collection is available from our Lincoln warehouse, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.

⚠️ Appointment required for all warehouse visits.
